Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your visit. Should your plans change, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome — please speak with a member of our team upon arrival.
Service Duration
Technical services such as colour and perms typically require 2 hours or more. Duration may vary depending on the complexity of the design — please confirm with your stylist at the time of booking.
Consultation
A personal design consultation is conducted prior to every treatment. We will find the style that best suits your face shape, head structure, and personal colour — feel free to bring any images or references you have in mind.
